  • Am confused. The *first* Philippine ACM-ICPC? If I am to read the title of your post you're implying that this is the first time this country has had the nationwide ACM-ICPC, or perhaps got into the regional round. I know it's been around for quite a number of years now.

    Eh kahit naman dun nagawa yung unang virus hindi ibig sabihin na magaling yung gumawa nun e. Kapag nagrelease ng security vulnerability, usually may kasamang proof of concept na code. Kunin mo lang yun tapos modify ng konte, may sarili ka nang virus.

    That's what the invitation says. Maybe the previous ICPCs by ACM weren't nationwide. I am aware that there were other teams that got into the regional and world finals.
